As a registered rider at a Zalusky Riding School, LLC, (ZARS) event, you are required to read this guide, as it relates directly to you and everyone’s safety on the racetrack. Our goal is for you to have a safe, fun and educational experience at the track.

Before we get started, we need to warn you that riding motorcycles, riding on closed courses and participating in riding schools and track days are and can be DANGEROUS for you and any guests you may bring. There are many hazards involved with motorcycle riding and a risk of damage to your bike and belongings on and off the track. However, we feel that although there is danger, riding on a closed course carries less risk than speeding around on the street. Our bottom line is SAFETY.  If you don’t feel comfortable riding or being at an ARS event at any minute, don’t ride.  We want you to have fun and improve your skills in an environment where the risk is minimized.

Also, there is personal responsibility with riding on a closed course and participating in an ARS event.  Your choices and decision-making throughout the day can positively or negatively impact your day and that of others.  So make sure you have your “thinking cap” on and if you don’t, your day may be done.

Zalusky Riding School, LLC, takes on a lot of risk in putting on these events and want to continue doing so for a long time.  Read the next paragraph carefully and if you can’t fully agree, don’t ride and let us know.

By registering and participating in a Zalusky Riding School, LLC, event, you agree that Zalusky Riding School, LLC, its associates, sponsors, volunteers, employees, contractors and the local facility cannot assume any responsibility for any aspect of your safety and that participating in any motorcycle track events, you do so voluntarily on your own assessment of your ability, the course, conditions, and facilities, and assume all risk.
