Bike Prep...

Check out our 2-minute video on how to prep!

1) All riders’ bikes must meet the technical requirements! If you fail the technical inspection or are found during the event not be in compliance, you will need to comply and if you can’t, you will NOT receive a refund.

2) Tires must be in good condition. Tires should be at least 70% of new condition and make sure your tires have enough air.  Check your air pressures, it may be lower for a trackday; check with your tire vendor, as every brand and tire vary.

3) All glass (mirrors, headlight, turn signals, and lenses) must be taped over or removed; plastic versions do not need to be taped but you would need to disconnect each so that they do not illuminate.  We suggest blue painter’s tape (masking tape) being it does not leave any residue.  Note – we usually have some extra tape if you don’t have any.

4) It is ok to have a center stand, as long as it fully retracts.

5) Bikes are ok to use anti-freeze/coolant. You are not required to use water or water wetter or a non-ethyl glycol based anti-freeze/coolant; but we recommend if possible.

6) Bikes must display the assigned rider number on the front of the bike (upper fairing or screen) in either white or black at least 6 inches in size. It is optional to have numbers on the rear section of the bike.

6)  Chain in good condition with proper tension.

7)  Brakes in good working order with at least 50% of your pad life remaining.

8) License plate removed (plates are sharp!).

9) Throttle must be self closing (snaps back)

10) Action cameras that are permanently attached with a solid mount are allowed to be used on the track by participants. Any cameras mounted on the bike MUST be secured with a safety tether in addition to the primary mount (permanent adhesive or suction cup), so that if the primary mount comes loose the camera will not fall off the bike onto the track. No cameras may be affixed to a helmet.
