ZARS Track Days is entering into 2016 by hosting its performance track riding events at 3 of the most exciting road courses in the country. 

2016 will kick off on May 30 and 31 at Road America, days prior to Moto America. Riders will enjoy over four miles of track with sweeping turns and lots of open track.  Racers can work on their times and prepare for upcoming race weekends.  Epic battles will ensue, as over $500 in prize money will be awarded in our licensed racer Shootouts to top Novice and Expert podium finishers.

In an effort to support Moto America racers, eligible, licensed Moto America racers can ride on May 30 or 31 for $99 per day.  Email ZARS for more information.  

In June, July and September, ZARS will host events at Brainerd International Raceway on both the Donnybrooke Road Course and Competition Course.

Heading West to the Rockies, ZARS will host an epic weekend at High Plains Raceway in Colorado, July 23-24.

ZARS track days are open to riders of all skill levels and are designed to provide maximum track time during prime weekend and weekday events.  No membership required for our events, as they are open to all riders.

All Track Day events will offer track day riders and racers with a variety of options, including the Rider Challenge for Track Day riders (spirited sprint racing), Shootout sprints with cash prizes for licensed racers, Track Schools, and the School of R.O.C.C. for experienced riders and racers.

In addition to Track Days, ZARS will also host 15 Advanced Riding Schools for experienced riders in the Minneapolis/St Paul area on our 1-mile road course.

Elkhart Lake, WI (May 29) –  Zalusky Advanced Riding School and Track Days (ZARS) recently held the Shootout Championship and Rider Challenge Championships Series and Track Days, May 25-26, at Elkhart Lake’s Road America.

Several top riders from across the Midwest rode the 4-mile road course in Wisconsin on Memorial Day. The Shootout Series attracted several top riders including Ricardo Valdez and Farrell Performance riders Jason Farrell and Scott Stall. The series presented by BlownConcepts.com awarded over $1100 in cash prizes to the top finishers in each of the classes.

On May 25, Jason Farrell had a strong lead on the field in GP Expert 3/4 to take the win with runner up Ricardo Valdez who made a strong return to the track after injuries last season.  In the GP 1/2 Expert class, Chris Quillman put on an incredible performance from start to finish to take the win.  

In the Novice ranks on May 25, Tim Koebert took the checkered flag for GP 3/4 with Gabriel Tyree in 2nd and Doug Evans took home the GP 1/2 win.

On May 26, conditions changed as the sprints started.  In the GP Expert 3/4, Ricardo Valdez rode well and moved up to take the win with Scott Stall in 2nd and Michael Hudson on the podium in 3rd. In the GP Expert 1/2, Jon Champ rode strong to take the win with Dave Pederson in 2nd. 

For our novice classes, Lucas Wygant took the GP3/4 win and Jason Knudsen took the GP1/2 win.

ZARS continues to broaden the riding opportunities with the Rider Challenge for experienced Track Day riders.  Grady Dunham had an impressive ride with and took the win for GP 4 on May 25 & 26.  In GP3, Carter Fose took the win on May 25 and Dave Meech on May 26.  In GP 1/2, Chris Mattson took the win on May 25 & 26 as a rookie in the Rider Challenge.   

ZARS heads to Brainerd International Raceway (Minnesota) on June 27 for the next stop and on to High Plains Raceway (Colorado), July 25-26.
